All our products are herbal and handmade. Results may vary from person to person depending on skin type, hair type, and usage. Our products are not intended to replace medical treatment. Please do a patch test before using any product.
Orders will be confirmed only after full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is an issue with payment, product availability, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We will process and ship orders within the promised time. Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service. Sharvadharaa Herbals is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
Orders can be cancelled only before shipping. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Customers are advised to store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and water. We are not responsible for product damage due to improper storage.
Customer personal information will be kept confidential and used only for order processing and customer service, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
