1. Return Policy
Due to the nature of personal care products:
- Returns are not accepted once products are opened or used
2. Eligible Cases
Returns/replacements are allowed only if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
3. Reporting Issue
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photo or video proof
4. Refund Process
- Once verified, refund or replacement will be processed
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
