All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Since our products are handmade and prepared in small batches, processing time may vary slightly depending on product availability.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location. We may offer free shipping on selected orders or during promotional offers. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery time may vary for remote areas.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Please ensure your phone number and email address are correct when placing the order.

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

Orders can be cancelled only before shipping. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us as early as possible after placing your order.

Currently, we ship within India. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly via phone or email and we will do our best to assist you.
